CONTEST MATERIAL TERMS
Backstreet at the Sphere
These contest-specific material terms apply to the Throwback Brands "Backstreet at the Sphere" promotion. The general contest rules posted by each participating Throwback Brands program also apply, except where these material terms state otherwise.

The promotion is conducted across the following three participating brands. Each brand will use a separate online contest page hosted through the Audience.IO contesting platform:

All eligible entries received through the participating brand contest pages will be combined into one national drawing for one Grand Prize.

Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry and who otherwise satisfy the applicable general contest rules. Residents of Puerto Rico, United States territories and possessions, and all other countries are not eligible. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, consultants, and representatives of Lorino Communications LLC, Throwback Brands, participating affiliate radio stations, prize suppliers, promotional partners, and their respective immediate family or household members are not eligible to enter or win, subject to the applicable general contest rules.
Contest Period
The contest begins Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) and ends Sunday, November 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT (the "Contest Period"). The Contest Administrator's designated computer is the official timekeeping device for the promotion.
Keyword Schedule and Entry Opportunities
Each keyword creates a separate entry opportunity. Keywords must be submitted during the applicable entry period shown below.

 How to Enter
During an applicable entry opportunity, listen to the participating program or programs for the designated keyword. Visit the applicable participating brand's contest page, complete all required fields on the Audience.IO entry form, enter the correct keyword, agree to the applicable rules, and submit the form before that entry opportunity closes. No purchase is necessary. A purchase will not increase the odds of winning.
Entry Limits and Combined Entry Pool
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address, per valid keyword, per participating brand contest page, during the applicable entry period. An entrant may submit the same valid keyword through more than one participating brand contest page, provided the entrant submits no more than one entry through each eligible brand page for that keyword.
.       For each weekday keyword, an entrant may submit one entry through the Throwback Nation page and one entry through the Throwback 2K page.
.       For each weekend keyword, an entrant may submit one entry through each of the three participating brand pages for the entire Saturday-Sunday period. The same weekend keyword does not create a second entry opportunity when Sunday begins.
There are twenty-two (22) weekday keywords and five (5) weekend keywords. An eligible entrant who properly enters every available keyword through every eligible participating brand page may receive a maximum of fifty-nine (59) entries. Listeners are not required to listen to or enter through all three brands. All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be combined into one drawing. Automated, robotic, bulk, duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified in the Contest Administrator's sole discretion.
Potential Winner Selection
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 2, 2026 from among all eligible entries received through all three participating brand contest pages during the Contest Period. The selected entrant is not a winner unless and until eligibility has been verified and all prize requirements have been satisfied.
Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be notified using the telephone number, text number, and/or email address supplied at entry. The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours after the first notification attempt and must complete and return all affidavits or declarations of eligibility, liability and publicity releases, tax forms, travel documents, and any other materials required by the Contest Administrator within ten (10) business days after the first notification attempt. Failure to respond or return required materials within the applicable deadline, inability to verify eligibility, noncompliance with the rules, or return of a notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.
Grand Prize
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize is a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, Nevada to attend Backstreet Boys: Into the Millennium at Sphere on January 2, 2027. The Grand Prize includes:
.       Two (2) tickets to the January 2, 2027 performance;
.       Two (2) nights of standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas;
.       Round-trip coach airfare for two (2) from a major commercial airport nearest the winner's primary residence, as determined by the Contest Administrator, to Las Vegas; and
.       US$500 in spending cash, delivered in the form selected by the Contest Administrator.
Approximate Retail Value
The approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is US$4,250. Actual value may vary based on the winner's point of departure, airfare, hotel rates, ticket value, and other factors. If the actual value is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise.
Travel and Prize Restrictions
The winner and guest must be able to travel on the dates and itinerary designated by the Contest Administrator and must travel together on the same itinerary. The Contest Administrator will determine the departure airport, airline, flights, hotel arrangements, ticket locations, and all other prize details. The guest must satisfy all eligibility and release requirements imposed by the Contest Administrator. If the winner cannot travel as required or attend the performance on January 2, 2027, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected, time permitting.
Unless expressly included above, ground transportation, airport transfers, baggage fees, parking, meals, hotel incidentals, resort fees, insurance, merchandise, gratuities, and all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner and guest. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and may be required to provide tax identification information. Prize components are subject to availability and to the terms and policies of the applicable providers. The prize is non-transferable, may not be sold, and may not be redeemed for cash except that the Contest Administrator may substitute a prize or component of equal or greater value where permitted by law.
If the performance is postponed, canceled, rescheduled, or otherwise unavailable, or if any prize component cannot be provided for reasons beyond the Contest Administrator's control, the Contest Administrator may substitute or modify the affected component as permitted by law. The artist, venue, hotel, airlines, and other providers are not responsible for administration of the contest or selection of the winner.
Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received through all three participating brand contest pages during the Contest Period.
Publicity / Release
By entering and/or accepting the prize, each entrant, winner, and guest agrees to the publicity, liability, and release provisions contained in the applicable general contest rules, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
General Rules Apply
All entries and the winner remain subject to the official general contest rules posted by the applicable participating Throwback Brands program and to all applicable laws. In the event of a conflict between these material terms and the general contest rules, these material terms will control solely with respect to this promotion.
Released Parties
The Backstreet Boys, Sphere, The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, applicable airlines, ticketing providers, prize suppliers, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not sponsors of this promotion and are not responsible for its administration or winner selection unless expressly stated otherwise.
