Stewart’s Debuts New 'Bel-Mint' Ice Cream Ahead of Belmont Stakes

Stewart’s Shops and the New York Racing Association (NYRA) are celebrating the upcoming Belmont Stakes Racing Festival with a limited-edition ice cream. “The Bel-Mint Stakes,” a fresh twist on Stewart’s Mint Cookie Crumble, is now available at over 175 Stewart’s locations across the Capital Region through June 8.

The name was picked by fans in a NYRA-hosted online poll. Alongside the new flavor, participating Stewart’s in Albany, Saratoga, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Warren, and surrounding counties are offering $99 three-day Belmont Stakes passes and $50 NYRA Bets Gift Cards.

The 2025 Belmont Stakes Racing Festival returns to Saratoga Race Course this June while Belmont Park undergoes renovations on Long Island. Season passes for Saratoga’s 2025 summer meet go on sale the week of June 16.
